My friend Amy has a birthday coming up, so of course it's all about the baked goods! I always feel like baking for people shows them that you care, or at least I'd like to think that. You know, the whole "made with love" phrase, I find it's rather true. So, what better way to show I care about my friend than making a scalded strawberry milk cake from scratch (in the shape of a heart) with strawberry frosting! If I hadn't been transporting the cake for Amy's eating pleasure, I would have made a cute set up with a cake stand and such, so just ignore the fact that it's sitting on tin foil wrapped cardboard :-)
