Art of editing

Just showing a bit of the editing process with a screen shot of an image I was testing some new skin re-touching on.  These are just the layers for the skin re-touch.  I definitely believe editing is an art in itself and something that should not be dismissed as "easy."  I'm constantly learning new techniques and ways to improve my skills both in camera as well as in post production!  I'm contemplating doing a few tutorials for those interested.   

Zoomed in view- you can see the skin is smooth, but still has some texture after removing any imperfections
