"Aviary" part II

The Giant Bow

I had the opportunity to work with Holly Dalton of Hollywood Makeup Designs in Rhode Island on this shoot. She was kind enough to do the makeup as well as model for the images.

The giant bow/ doll idea was one I've had for a while and finally got to bring to life. With a little bit of creativity and a whole lot of chicken wire the bow took shape. Thankfully while I was in Rhode Island it snowed quite a bit, which was exactly what I wanted for this. The red of the bow just pops so well against the icy blues and whites of the snow!
